Jacob Shienkaruk

Hello! My friends and I are raising money for the family of Jake Shienkaruk for funeral expenses. Jacob was riding his motorcycle on Tuesday September 19th and was tragically struck by a truck and killed.

Jake was a fixture at Angelo’s pizza in Lakewood for over a decade and people flocked to see him likely to feel his positive and generous spirit. If you knew Jake you loved him.

His family is absolutely devastated at this immense time of grief.

If knew Jake you loved him Jake made friends with people of all ages and walks of life. A genuine soul willing to help anyone and everyone who needed it. Jake touched the lives of many, not only his friends and families, but everyone he encountered in small and mighty ways. Jake took the time to make sure everyone felt welcomed and loved and he could make anyone feel at home with one big hug.

100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Shienkaruk’s not only to cover funeral expenses but also to ease the burden of taking time from work to grieve, and process during this time.

Money can’t take away grief but reducing the stress of having to worry about a respectful and proper end of life celebration and taking time off work to grieve and process this immense tragedy is not anything anyone should have to deal with. Myself and His friends and family appreciate anything you can give, no amount is too small.
