Jacob Sundquist Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Jacob (Jake) Sundquist was one of the kindest, most selfless people I know. As a young child, he was always the one who would stand up in school for the child being picked on and made sure all were able to participate.
As an adult, he was a true gentleman and free spirit who loved his family and the outdoors. He was a hard worker, evidenced by his successful career as a waiter in one of the area's top fine-dining establishments, Bella Aquila in Eagle.
In the early morning of June 21, 2016 Jake lost his life in a tragic automobile accident. He is survived by his Mother, Father, 3 brothers, grandparents, girlfriend and a large circle of friends.
My hope for this campaign is to relieve his immediate family of the financial stress related to his services and cremation. All funds will go directly to his mother who on the day of her son's passing was faced with a very large expense at the funeral home, and will have many others that are not yet known. Other uses will be for the celebration of his life as his family believes Jake would want, and any unforeseen related expenses.
On behalf of the family, I ask for your help during this difficult time. I was at the funeral home when his immediate family was allowed a brief visit. It's an unimaginable pain no mother or father should have to endure. Please help me relieve the financial pain from this experience.
