Jacob was in a head on crash and needs help

My son Jacob, got into a head on collision, June 20th 2023. With both vehicles driving it was considered a 100 MPH head on crash. Jacob has no health insurance and as the bills are starting to come in, we are not sure what to do. He has an upcoming ortho appointment to see if he’s left foot (70+ broken bones & fractures) swelling has gone done so they can start working on making a new foot. According to the doctors his foot is like a bowl of jello, nothing attached, Along with that he had a broken tibia and broken knee cap. He has a cut in his knee down to the bone, which is stitched up. We have had a trying time, but so am trying to take the burden off him when he gets to a place when he gets all these bills and stresses how to pay for them. My girlfriend gave my this idea, because I so would have not of thought of it myself . If anyone can help at all it would so be appreciated of your generosity ….
