Jacob Waugh - Head Shave

In an attempt to raise greater awareness around mental wellbeing within civil construction, Jacob Waugh has decided to drive a fundraising campaign that will culminate in a main event head-shave! As a Project Supervisor within the industry, he understands the importance of a healthy state-of-mind and overall wellbeing for not only himself, but his fellow mates. In a bid to remove the stigma associated with reaching out for help and to assist with raising much needed funds toward the cause – Jacob will shed his dreads! After 7 long years, Jacob has finally decided to part ways, but for a price!  The idea is to raise as much money as possible and to promote the positive message behind what Men in Civil are trying achieve!
