Jacob's Funeral and Donation Fund

On Sunday, February 20, 2022 we lost our beloved Jake unexpectedly. Whether you knew Jake his whole life or only met him in passing, he impacted us all in such a significant way. Our family is asking in lieu of flowers, to consider making a donation that will contribute to his memorial costs and will be used to make a formal donation in Jake's name to his day habilitation center. Jake loved attending his dayhab during the week, where he was constantly supported and encouraged by the staff and other members who always kept Jake entertained, well taken care of, and feeling accomplished. We would love to give back to the community that had such a significant impact on Jake. Our family thanks you for your consideration and support during such difficult times.
