Jacob's Major Dental Work

I'm making this fundraiser on behalf of Jacob. For those of you who know him, he has needed dental work for quite some time. He is in need of a full mouth "smile make-over". He is often in pain and has had several instances of infections and/or swelling that we could take care of with only antibiotics or pain killers. Eating foods is difficult for him. On top of this, he is embarrassed of his smile.

After going to several dentists, the general consensus is to have full implants. All-on-4 is our long term goal.. however, that runs at $50,000 for the whole procedure. So we are opting to start with snap-on dentures, and in the future, replace the snap-ons with permanent implant archs.

Even with just snap ons, it is running at about $26,000.

We need help with this! We are asking for $6, 000 to start.

Please help us bring Jake his health back, the ability to eat more foods back, as well as the confidence he deserves.. with a smile we would all love to see.
