Jacques DuToit & Family Fundraiser
Donation protected
Jacques and his family have been involved in the Fraser Valley squash community for more than 15 years. Recently, Jacques wife has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Our community would like to help Jacques and his family out by raising funds through participation in a squash marathon.
We are asking for your donation as a sponsorship to players who will participate in a continuous game of squash for 24 hours. All of the proceeds raised will go to Jacques and his family in their time of need.
The squash marathon will take place from Saturday, Dec 17th to Sunday, Dec 18th. Please spread the word to the squash community, friends, and family who may wish to offer their support. We would like to present the proceeds of this fundraiser to Jacques at the end of the squash marathon event. If you wish to play in the squash marathon, please contact Dave Leman ([email redacted]) for more information.
Your donation of $50 will also include an entry into the squash marathon's door prize. Your donation of $100 will include 3 door prize entries, and any donation over $200 will include 7 door prize entries.
There will be a couple of excellent door prizes - any wine & spirits that have been donated will be drawn as a door prize.
Jack Webber has donated two Club 500 tickets to the Canucks game March 28th versus the Anaheim Ducks, valued around $500. A silent auction will also take place for these tickets - email Clint Hall ([email redacted]) with your bid. Chad Mowat & Family have also donated a 1 hour helicopter ride, which is also being auctioned.
The bids will end at midnight, Saturday Dec 17 when the squash marathon finishes. Check this GoFundMe page for updates on the current auction prices.
On behalf of the organizers of this fundraiser and the squash community, thank-you very much for your support. We also hope to see you on the court!
