Jacqui Lee Purton

Her name is Jacqui Purton and she is my mum. On the 13th of March 2023 my mum was murdered in a cowardly final act of domestic violence here in Tasmania. My mother was only 37. She leaves behind myself (21) and my 3 younger brothers aged 17, 14 and 12 who I have full custody of. The last year of grief has been hard not only on myself as I juggle being a guardian, work and studying but it has been hard on my siblings too as they now learn to navigate life without our dear mum. In March of this year it marked one whole year since mums death, which now means we have been given the clear to build a monument. The total price for this is going to cost me $8,000, to begin construction I need to have a deposit of $5,000. I am seeking help in gathering a deposit to give my mum the final resting place that she deserves, This has become just another one of my responsibilities. Mum would’ve done anything to help anyone who needed it, so please help my siblings and I do this one final thing for our mum
