Help Jacqui Seymour pay for Charlie's vet bill.

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am helping to fundraise for a dear friend of mine Jacqui Seymour.

Jacqui has encountered an extremely large vet bill and it is still rising for the treatment of her Seven-year-old Poodle X Maltese fur baby named Charlie.

Charlie was involved in a horrific car rollover accident when he had attended a day drive with one of Jacqui's friends.

Jacqui's friend the driver was seriously injured and airlifted to the RAH for immediate medical treatment, Charlie also was taken to the nearest vet by SAPOL officers for emergency treatment.

Charlie had suffered a degloved jaw and had surgery to sew the skin back to his face.

Charlie also suffered a compound fracture on his right hind leg. He currently has had three surgeries.

The first involved having a plate attached with eight screws, resulting in the leg bone splitting.

The second involved having wire wrapped around the bone and plate, which bent the plate.

The third involved placing a rod through the bone, with two vertical rods on either side of his leg and two additional rods placed horizontally through the leg.

Charlie will have an additional two surgeries ( at this point) along with additional X-rays and medications which he has been on currently for three months.

Charlie's vet bills are well more than $10,000 and still rising.

Jacqui truly is a wonderful soul, fiercely independent who is always the first to offer and helping hand or an ear to listen, always gives 100%, and is well-loved and respected in our community.

Now though, Jacqui needs us. This has been a huge knock, as she not long just finished paying off the funeral for her son Ross. It has been an extremely difficult time for her.
