Help Jada Heal From TSW (CAP Therapy) and Hasan’s Family

Hi my name is Jada, I'm a multi creative that is currently navigating one of the most debilitating chronic conditions out there - TSW (Topical Steroid Withdrawal). TSW is a condition that stems from the cessation of topical steroid medication used to treat conditions like eczema. It is an extremely brutal condition that takes a vicious toll both physically and mentally for years.
I've been on a mission to naturally heal from TSW, which has been challenging but incredibly worthwhile for my future well-being. TSW typically takes 2-5 years to heal, and as I write this, I'm just a month away from reaching my two-year mark.
I came to Mexico earlier this year hoping to find healing in the sun, ocean, and humid climate after seeing how it worked wonders for another TSW warrior. My condition was severe and full-body, but after a few months of struggle, I began to see heaven sent improvement giving me so much hope. Although I look much better than I did when I first arrived, I'm still very much experiencing TSW, I’ve made it past the brunt of it but still suffer with a plethora of physical and emotional symptoms that left me wondering if I had fully explored all of my options.
You might wonder why I don't consider medications like Dupixent, Rinvoq, or other immunosuppressants and biologics. The short answer is that I no longer want to rely on medications, especially since my symptoms weren't severe when I was younger and could have likely been treated differently than with steroids. I've lost trust in Western medication and feel deeply betrayed by it, which is why I believe the best path to healing is without medical intervention. (Note: I'll only consider other medications if my condition worsens to a point that affects my mental health detrimentally, like it did back in February.)
There was only one more treatment I was willing to consider, and it's called CAP therapy (it is based in Thailand). Many TSW warriors seek treatment at this clinic because the clinic director is highly knowledgeable and experienced in treating patients with this condition (which is rare). It is a treatment (not a medication) that works to promote tissue and skin regeneration, and the results have proven to be amazing for TSW warriors. This was the treatment option I was considering before coming to Mexico but the idea of it overwhelmed me due to the financial aspect and physical journey of getting there while in a terrible state.
After 4 1/2 months in Mexico, I truly believe that the end of my TSW journey is within reach. I just need a helping hand from CAP therapy, especially now that my skin is in an optimal condition for the treatment. My goal is to have a semi long term stay (3-6 months at first) to allow the CAP therapy sessions to help my skin reach a 100% thickness and skin cell proliferation rate so that I can be fully TSW free. I strongly believe that this treatment will help to hold my hand to the finish line.
I'm here to reach out to my community to raise funds for this journey, which is considerably more expensive than my trip to Mexico. I'll need to cover the cost of flights for my partner and I, CAP treatments, accommodations, and other expenses for the duration of my stay. My goal is to feel completely at ease and focus on creating content to support the community I've built. Healing and inspiring others is my purpose on this earth, and I'll be continuing to life coach and fully dedicate myself to my own healing journey while serving my community and those around me. I also believe that continuing to share my journey online throughout this process will help others in the community who may consider this treatment in the future. I'm committed to documenting my journey as thoroughly as possible to provide valuable insights and guidance for those seeking similar paths.
In addition to my journey, I'm deeply aware of the world's current challenges and want to use this fundraiser to simultaneously support a family in Gaza. My aim is to donate 20% of the funds raised ($5k if fully reached) to Hasan and his family who are currently in need. Feel free to donate directly as well if you’re able to!
Intersectionality is extremely important to me, and I'm committed to using my platform in various ways to continue to inspire positive change. I hope this demonstrates that, even while on our personal healing journeys, we can always strive to show kindness and uplift those who may need it most.
Thank you for all of your love and support, I cannot wait to embark on this next journey and boy when I’m fully back, mark my words I’ll be literally unstoppable.
Sincerely,
(your favorite ocean healing mermaid flaky healing princess)
