Jade's Honor Walk and Last Gift of Life 

Although the loss of our beautiful Jade is very painful, we find comfort, not only in the memories we have of her or the legacy she leaves behind, but also in knowing she is helping others by donating her organs.  

As an organ donor, the hospital arranged an "Honor Walk" for Jade that was held at the hospital on Wednesday 3/10.  The caregivers, doctors, nurses and family members lined the hallways to show their respect, say their good-byes and to honor her as a "Hero" as she was wheeled into the operating room where she gave her most generous, selfless and last gift...   The Gift of Life.  

The gift of her heart went to a man in Northern California.
The gift of her liver went to a 5 month old baby and another adult.
The gift of her kidneys went to a person in the Bay Area and possibly to another person. 

Jade is truly a "Hero". She will continue to live on in those who receive her gifts. We are so blessed to have had her for the short time she was here but she will always be with us in spirit and in memories.

On March 8, 2021, The English family

Jade.
Jade was beautiful, funny, caring, full of
life and had her whole future ahead of
her.
 No words can express the sorrow we all feel due to her unexpected passing.
We would like to honor Jade with a
memorial service and are asking for
donations to relieve some of the expense
and give the family some peace of mind.
