Jade Latoya Graham

Hi I’m setting this up as we all loved jade and she was loved by so many in the short few years I have know her she was bubbly funny and loved by so many,unfortunately jade’s life was cut short at the age of 32 no one expected a operation to end this way.jade was my brother’s partner and to try and relive some of the cost and allow him and jades family to grieve and process what has happened I’m asking if anyone can help give jade the send off she so deserves and let us all show her how loved she was anything can make a difference.
