Help Jade Meehan Compete in the United States and Pursue Her Volleyball Dreams!

My name is Jade Meehan, and I am a dedicated volleyball athlete from Queensland, Australia. I’m thrilled to announce that in 2025, I have the amazing opportunity to travel to Hawaii with some of Australia's best junior volleyball athletes to compete in one of the most prestigious volleyball competitions in the United States! This is a massive milestone in my sporting journey, as I’ve had the honour of representing Australia in indoor volleyball, and I’m currently representing Queensland in beach volleyball.

Competing in Hawaii is a significant step towards achieving my dream of playing volleyball at the highest level. Not only will this experience allow me to challenge myself against some of the best athletes from the United States and across the pacific rim, but it will also give me the chance to gain invaluable experience. One of my ultimate goals is to be recruited to play volleyball at a Division 1 College program in the United States, where I can take my passion for the sport to the next level while pursuing my education.

However, to make this dream a reality, I need your help. The costs for travel, accommodation, and competition fees are considerable, and that's where your support comes in. The financial cost of competing in elite sport is a barrier for many Australian athletes and has a significant impact on families. Any donation you can make will go directly toward covering the costs of competing in the United States and ensuring that I can focus on what matters most—giving my best performance, pursuing my goals and being an ambassador for Australian volleyball.
