When life as you know it changes in an instant . This happened to the Stockwell family on February 19th when Jael, loving husband and devoted father, had a freak accident that left him with critical burns 38% of his body.

This man means SO much to SO many! Biggest heart ❤️ He is always there for anyone…family, friend or even stranger. You need a hand? He is always the first on the scene. Car needs work? "Bring it over to the barn, we'll see what's up!" He has spent countless hours helping so many people, (let alone the hours he spends giving his all to his job, or working on his own family’s needs). His selfless acts are endless, as are his devotion and love- for his high school sweetheart, and wife of 17 years, Mindi, and his 3 children- Brennan, Olly, and Cashilin ❤️

Jael’s expected recovery in the burn unit at Hurley Hospital, which he’s already endured 4 surgeries with more to come, is expected to last at least 4 months. He will then continue his road to recovery at home, which will take an undetermined amount of time. The financial burden due to his lessened income, as well as his wife’s while she stands by his side, and the many unending medical bills is something this family cannot handle on their own. They need our help… just as they’ve generously helped others in need many times in the past.
