Jake and Laura

Hi, my name is Laura and my beautiful little boy is called Jake. Jake was diagnosed with high risk Neuroblastoma stage 4 back in May at 5 and a half months old. He is currently receiving treatment in hospital for his cancer and so far so good but it is only the beginning of his journey. This has hit me and my family so hard that this absolutely precious and smiley baby has to battle such a horrible disease but he still does with a smile on his face.

Jake and his story has touched so many people and I do get asked by many if they can help or get Jake anything. I am always truly grateful of how many people want to help.

This is why I have decided to create this go fund me. As it stands I will not be able to go back to work for some time and my financial future is not clear. Therefore this go fund me is to help me to continue to provide for Jake anything he may need and to help make sure I can maintain our home for when he is able to go home in between treatments. Jake’s treatment is likely to last a minimum of 13 months, most of which will be as an inpatient. After his treatment I sadly do not know when I will be able to return to full time work and when we will return to normal life.
