Jake passed away Monday, July 17th, surrounded by his children, Aubrey and Clay, and beloved wife, Mindy, at Midland Memorial Hospital following a sudden and unexpected cancer diagnosis. The family has received an out-pouring of offers from those who would like a chance to help the family while they mourn their loss. This memorial fund will honor Jake's memory and extend our love and support to his family in their time of grief.

The funds accrued for this account will be used to cover Jake's unexpected medical expenses, end-of-life costs, cremation services, as well as any additional costs or financial obligations the family may foresee during this heartbreaking time.
