Trying to raise money to offset travel cost that we have and will incur in the near future with more trips to Rochester coming monthly. And hopefully a transplant in the near future. Jacob is a 14 year old boy with a bright future ahead of him. Struck with stage 4 kidney failure Jacob goes through 11 hrs of dyalisis a day at home for now thank goodness.
