Our boy is lucky enough to have been asked to be apart of the Junior Olympics in Pole Vaulting. He will be competing in meets in Knoxville and Des Moines. This is a wonderful opportunity for him, and we are so proud. The cost of everything is overwhelming and we were not prepared for this. Please help us to reach our goal! Money will go towards pole rental, travel, hotel expenses, and fees. Here is a letter that he prepared:
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Jake Davidson and I am an upcoming freshman at Lloyd Memorial High School. I am a forth generation at Lloyd. As an eighth grader, I won Middle School state in pole vault with a jump of 13'6, which also set a record as the highest jump and a MS meet. I also placed 1st in Single A High School with a jump of 13'6. With my accomplishments, I've been offered to vault with the AAU Junior Olympics. I am now asking for support with helping me move forward in my career. Thank you in advance.
