Jake Macauley Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Family and friends,
With incredibly heavy hearts, we are writing to share that our son and brother Jake Macauley of Littleton, Colorado passed away on Wednesday, January 23rd at the age of 27.
Sincerest thanks to all who have called, texted, and connected with our family since his passing. The outpouring of support, kind words and personal anecdotes of Jake from all that loved him have meant so much during this time of grief for our family.

With his fun-loving personality, sense of humor and a smile that always lit up the room, Jake's passing has left a void that will never be filled. Even so, he has left us all with no shortage of memories to hold onto and carry with us to remember him by.
Though there was nothing Jake loved more than his friends, family, and dogs Nellie & Rue, it'd be difficult to name a more iconic duo than Jake and Softball.

The purpose of this fundraising campaign is to be able to donate a Memorial Bench and plaque to South Suburban Parks & Rec in memory of Jake at Cornerstone; his favorite ballpark in his hometown.
If funds exceed what's needed to purchase and donate the Memorial Bench, the remainder will be allocated to the Celebration of Jake's Life at Hudson Gardens Inn (details below). Additional funds raised beyond that will be donated to the Littleton YMCA, which is where Jake spent his free-time growing up.
Jake's Celebration of Life Information
We would like to invite anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Jake to attend a Celebration of Life event on Saturday, February 2nd at the Hudson Gardens Inn 6115 S. Santa Fe Drive Littleton, CO 80120.
