Jake Maldonado

Jake Maldonado is a 19-year-old young man, a brother, and a loving son. Jake is adored by all who have known him. He has a passion for animals and enjoys spending time at the aquarium. Jake is a BBQ enthusiast and loves steak night. He also enjoys movie night, Adam Sandler and Nacho Libre.

Sadly, ten years ago doctors located a mass within Jake’s head and diagnosed him with having a brain tumor. Since the age of 9, he has undergone numerous treatments, procedures, and surgeries, but unfortunately the tumor has continued to grow. Most recently, doctors informed the parents of the devastating news that despite their efforts, there is nothing else that can be done for Jake due to the rapid growth of the tumor. Jakes parents were encouraged to cherish the time that they have with him and to make as many memories as possible.

Our goal is to assist the family however possible during this extremely difficult time. As you can imagine, medical bills and expenses continue to accumulate. Jake has displayed true courage throughout his battle and continues to fight each and every day. We sincerely thank you for your help and prayers.
