I'm Jennie. Jake's mum. I'm looking for help to raise funds to give our Jake the funeral we all want for him to have so myself and his dad and Jake's five siblings can say goodbye to Jake in a way we feel best to with all the things he deserves

I'm mum to six children. Jake and his brother Jimmy have a rare genetic condition called tbck

Jake has been end of life for sometime now and we expect him to pass very soon. Within a matter of days. We were never prepared for this as who is our minds are all over the place and all of our hearts are breaking. I don't know what to do as his mum but think practically and plan ahead and fix and do what I can. The rest I can do nothing about except be there for all of our children and try to be strong.

All funds raised will go towards making Jake's funeral amazing and any left over will go towards a memorial or something for Jake for us all to visit or keep or go to. We haven't thought what yet as a family but as you can imagine. Jake's five siblings Frankie who is two Jimmy three Phoebe who is six Charlie who is eleven and Chloe who is 14 all want the coming weeks to be about them doing what they want to to remember their brother an his short life and to mark their memories feelings and love for him in the best way possible
