Help Jake Smile Again: Dental Care After Accident
Donation protected
Dear friends,
I am reaching out to you on behalf of my dear friend, Jake Reardon. On August 12th, Jake was involved in a wingsuit skydiving accident. During freefall, he experienced a midair collision that left him unconscious. Thankfully, his reserve parachute deployed thanks to his cypress AAD, saving his life. However, he still faced a horrific impact when he hit the ground face-first, resulting in multiple facial fractures and the loss of his four front teeth.
Jake's journey to recovery has been immensely challenging. He underwent surgery to repair both of his jaws, his nose, the palate of his mouth, and the bones of the orbit on each side of his face. Additionally, his tongue was split in half, adding to the complexity of his injuries. While he is grateful to be alive, the extensive dental work required is not covered by his medical insurance.
This is where we, as Jake's friends, can make a difference. We have created this GoFundMe campaign, "Help Jake Smile Again," to raise funds for his much-needed dental care. The costs of restorative dentistry, dental implants, and other necessary procedures are substantial, and any contribution you can make will go a long way in helping Jake regain his smile that we all know and love.
Jake is an incredible person who has always been there for others, and now it's our turn to rally behind him. Every donation, no matter the amount, will be deeply appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your kindness, compassion, and support. Together, let's help Jake smile again.
