Jake was a lively and energetic 9 year old boy.  He loved playing football with his friends and video games with his brother, Nathan.  His family meant the word to him and he dreamed of becoming a police officer. Jake was a bright fourth grader at David E. Smith Elementary.   His mother, Elizabeth, is a respected staff member at DES.   Jake was called home suddenly and tragically on Saturday, September 2nd.   Please lessen the the family's heartache and burdens by helping  with Jake's memorial services.  Any amount is greatly appreciated.
