Hello! My names Jake, I'm 18 and from Hemel Hempstead. I came out as trans 3 years ago and after over a year of saving and help from supportive family and friends, I was finally able to put down a 50% deposit for my top surgery last year, and the surgery is due to take place on 30th March. I couldn't be more excited!
Unfortunately I'm still currently £1,500 short of the amount that I need to pay prior to 30th March to secure my surgery, even if I save all of my wages between now and then.
I've seen how much love and support other LGBT people have received from similar situations via GoFundMe, so I've set up an account in the hope that I can get some help to make sure I can make the final payment and get the surgery I so desperately want.
Any money that is donated will go straight to my surgery and nothing else and any donation will be great no matter how big or small.
