Jake’s London Marathon for Weldmar Hospicecare

My amazing brother, Jake Hawker, is running the London Marathon in just a few weeks. In memory of our Nan, who was taken far too young, and our beloved Grandad, he will be raising money to support Weldmar Hospicecare, and every donation will help.

This is a charity very close to our families hearts having provided end of life care to our Grandad. They continue to provide such amazing end of life care for so many people’s precious loved ones.

Whether it’s 5p or £5, any donation is greatly appreciated with the current climate.

More information about Weldmar- Weldmar Hospicecare is an independent charity providing specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, such as cancer, Motor Neurone Disease or heart disease, and support for their loved ones. Our compassionate approach supports patients and their families in their own homes, in the local community, and in our hospice. All services are provided free of charge. 20% of our funds are provided by the NHS - we must raise the remaining £26,000 a day with the support of the local community.
