JAKES SAFE RETUN HOME

My mom got carjacked on july 4th they stole her car and jake her puppy waa in side. She held on to the door and begged them just to give her the dog. They sped off taking her dog and throwing her to the ground. After reaching out on lost per sites the car was found Jake however was not in the car we just want him home safely. Wanting to get a reward together for his safe return no questions asked. Jake also has a heart condition and needs to continue his care from his vet. Please please just return him home. The car was took from around southside drive and found at taylor blvd behind mcdonalds .
