Jacob Salmon's funeral fund

I'm Dahl Salmon, brother of Jacob (Jake) Salmon, who unexpectedly passed away on Thursday April 20, 2017. Jacob was an amazing brother, son, and friend. He was so fun to be around, and  he was always making everyone around him laugh.

He struggled for almost 4 years to overcome substance addictions. Addiction is an extremely challenging disease to beat, and one that Jacob worked so hard on daily. He was sober for 6 months and was doing so well before this happened. When we went through his room, we found lists of goals and self-improvement tasks that he had written out daily. He was very diligent with his recovery programs and meetings. We know he was trying very hard.

We're heartbroken and miss him so much. He was almost 27 years old and had so much potential. We will never forget him.

Any help for Jacob's parents to pay for funeral expenses is greatly appreciated during this difficult time. The funds will be used to help with funeral expenses.
