Supporting Jake Sofranko's Family

Our beloved son and brother Jake Sofranko suddenly passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2019, at 11:23 PM. 

All of us who knew and loved him are devastated, but we live in the hope that he is with God and reunited with his grandparents and Uncle Dan.

In the wake of his loss, many people have generously offered financial support to Bill and Julie Sofranko, our parents, to help cover expenses related to final arrangements. This would be hugely helpful and very appreciated. 

Any funds over and above these costs will be contributed to The Kevin Love Fund, a charitable organization Jake passionately supported. 

Our sincerest gratitude to everyone for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support our family has received during this difficult time.
