Benefit for Jake Sosnowski
Donation protected
Jake Sosnowski was a typical fun loving 11 year old boy who loved to play outdoors, participate in Boy Scouts and play his tenor sax. He and his parents Mike and Lisa often enjoyed camping in the summer, hiking, and riding bikes together as a family. Jake loves reading comic books, drawing and playing with his legos. On February 2nd, 2016 the Sosnowski's lives dramatically changed. Jake was diagnosed with a mass on the 4th posterior ventricle in his brain. Currently Jake has had two brain surgeries to remove the gliomas. Even after intensive surgery, twenty percent of the tumor remains. Jake also is suffering from Posterior Fossa Syndrome, which has limited his speech, motor function and limb mobility, which has made this adventurous, fun loving boy unable to walk. Mike and Lisa have spent countless hours by Jake's side, causing them to have many lost wages. Medical bills, car payments, their mortgage and utility bill just keep piling up. We are asking the community for support in this families time of need. We ask humbly for your consideration as we are in need of financial donations for this worthy cause.
