Jake is said to be only 3 years old (yes, I said Three!) and he is in this bad of condition.
Jake was owner surrendered to the Cleburne Animal Shelter just last week and he needs IMMEDIATE VET CARE!
DFW German Shepherd Rescue took this boy in immediately!
He needs hospitalization!!!
PLEASE help any way possible. Monetary donations are desperately needed to get this sweet boy the care he needs and to get him looking like the vibrant active healthy 3 yr old he should be.
