My nephew Jakob Jackson recently passed away and left us all way to soon and way to young , many of you that were acquainted with him were aware that he was a genuine good soul.
He was loved by many , he touched the hearts of many of your lives in one way or another.
Jakob has left behind a 6month old beautiful baby girl -Axelia Jade
His partner and daughters mother Allison Moore and a 9 yr old son Rhylee along with his mother Tamieka Daigle.
Any donations provided will be used solely for the memorial services which Jakobs wishes were to be cremated.
I'd like to do pendants for both children to have something to remember their father by .
I will also set up a trust fund/ savings/CD account for Axelia and Rhylee along with the remaining amount to go to Allison/Axelia to assist with any financial burdens during this tremendous heartbreaking time.
Jakob will be missed tremendously.
