Jakob our amazing blue eyed boy

Hello, myself and Jakob’s loved ones would like to raise some monies in Jakob’s name for the amazing work they do and continue to do not only for the babies and children, but the whole family at the Evelina and especially the Heart.

Jakobs story: I can’t explain all as for a 13 month old he had a long and amazing story.

we was surprised to find out I was expecting Jakob, but this is where the rollercoaster starts. Jakob tiny body at 22 weeks was full of fluid call hydrops, from this moment onwards Jakobs future was uncertain.

Being told about his heart and two days before he come into the world, he was unlikely to make his first breathe, he beat all odds with the support from the amazing consultant and people in the Evelina and the continued discussion across the world how to help Jakob. We had 13 magical months with the most amazing happy little boy with all that was going on there was always a smile for anyone.

We miss him every moment of everyday, but we know if we can help anyone in the same situation or save another Child because of Jakob it would keep his journey going
