Jam HOPE Foundation’s mission is to positively impact our community. We provide adaptive and supportive classes for family members with disabilities. By providing opportunities for each student to experience success, we are able to build self-confident and productive LIFE CHAMPIONS!

Jam HOPE sponsors our Alpha Athletes program which provides inclusive programming for athletes with disabilities; including, sensory friendly classes, ASL interpreters, specialized coaches, and adaptive equipment. We are also proud to host field trips and community outings for adult day programs and school special education programs! Our most recent endeavor is our Jam HOPE Cafe, scheduled to open January 2024! This hub of inclusivity will provide "Hope To Go" with healthy and convenient snack and beverage options for families and participants of the recreational and competitive programs at our host site, Jam Hops in Ham Lake, MN, and will also provide vocational opportunities for teens and adults with special needs!

Our current fundraising goal will secure start-up costs for the Cafe and cover our 2023 program budget needs.
