Jamaica campus softball team

I have coached at jamaica high school campus for 17 years, but 7 years ago they broke the school up into 4 small schools in one building.  All 4 schools enjoy listing varsity sports in their brochures for middle school students to see as a plus for coming to their schools, but none of them really want to fund the teams for success.  For the better part of the last 7 years i have taken money out of my own pocket to fund the team for equipment, uniforms, t-shirts, food, and any other item needed for the success of a program.   This year i was told the team would be given $1,000.    It barely covers the bare essentials of a softball program.  We need new helmets with masks which cost  about $50 each times 7 thats $350, 3 dozen game balls which cost $70 a dozen thats $210, We need 5 new uniforms roughly $75-80 each which is $375, Money for officials for non-league games roughly $60 a game times 6-8 games thats $360-480.  On top of that we were told this year just two weeks before the season that ddugouts are now required at all fields with means we now have to purchase some portable fencing which could cost up to $1,000 alone.    Please help us reach our goal to properly equip our team for safety and success.
