Jamar Sanders

Hello, My name is Jamilya. This fundraiser is for my brother Jamar Sanders. He is in the hospital right now in Chattanooga TN. Jamar is very involved in the community and the development of ideas for sustainable sources of food in the area. He has bacterial pneumonia in his right lung. Due to the fluid buildup in the lung, fever and blood pressure complications Jamar and I discussed and made a conscious decision for him to be sedated and intubated in order to give his lung time to heal while reducing the stress on his mind and body. I have been with him since they have put him in the MICU. If you know Jamar you know he would rather be in his garden, volunteering somewhere, spending time with his friends, having stimulating conversations and exchanging knowledge most importantly. He is making the world a better place! If you can’t donate please please please pray for him! The support will go towards anything needed to support him while he is hospitalized as well as for his new housing arrangements due to mold issues at his current residence, dietary needs, toiletries, supplies etc once he is released and able to start his recovery and I will be there every step of the way.
