After ten years of catering a variety of events, B&L Caterers, Inc. is relocating to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, opening up Jambalaya Jazz Bistro.

This is a longtime dream of ours...Having a passion for good food and jazz music, both will be combined.  At Jambalaya Jazz Bistro, our guests will experience live jazz entertainment, a delectable menu, and superb customer service to make you feel like you are right at home, in paradise.  This will be a place for tourists, to come and enjoy, home away from home and the Locals, after a days' hard work to come and unwind.

Jambalaya Jazz Bistro will also create an apprenticeship program, collaborating with My Brother's Workshop  Cafe & Bakery, a nonprofit organization that provides hope to at-risk youth, ages 16-24.  Jambalaya Jazz Bistro vows to hire these young-inspired chefs and restaurant personnel, providing training in restaurant etiquette and operations.

Help us to make our dream come true, plus adding value to a young recipient's life.

Jambalaya Jazz Bistro's Mission will be: to appeal to the senses, including a fine dining experience, with great-tasting fresh food, outstanding entertainment and superb customer service, all in a classy environment.
