My name is Etienne, and I’ve been passionate about playing music for over 30 years (see photos below). But in 2014, I realized the much deeper healing powers of music, when it helped me work through difficult personal issues. This added fuel to my burning passion of spreading the joys & benefits of playing music to others!

But current apps for musicians to play their favorite songs are frustrating to use, requiring constant battling with & scrolling of the device. So I decided to build my own*, and JamBox was born!

JamBox lets musicians play their songs without lifting a finger off their instrument, a world first. We achieved this with unique VOICE COMMANDS and SMART LISTENING! Our app eliminates 93% of non-musical user actions compared to the top 3 leading music apps.

We have an early web version of our app, from 10 months of full-time work (about CAD$55K of time + $500 of expenses)! However, we’re seeking funds to build a mobile app for phones and tablets so that MORE people can enjoy the benefits of playing music.
