Help Jameel attend the NSLC summer Program

Hello, my name is Blanca, and I am fundraising for my son Jameel. He is currently a Junior at John Muir High School in Pasadena. He has made Principal honor roll twice his sophomore year and is currently on the principal's honor roll this year. He joined the football team this year and rugby team and has been able to maintain a GPA over 3.5. He is striving for a GPA over 4.0 and is also taking AP English, is in the Business Academy and enrolled in the College dual program. He was also interviewed for the RYLA Program and was selected to participate in the weekend conference on behalf of the Rotary Club of Altadena.

This year he was invited to represent John Muir High School at the 2024 National Student Leadership Conference! and the program he is interested in is in Blacksburg, Virginia at Virginia Tech. He is interested in the Veterinary Medicine program. It's a 9 day program that will give him hands on experience, visit medical facilities, do clinical diagnostic rounds. Only problem is that the program cost money. The tuition is $3,995. That doesn't include travel.

I am excited he was invited but heartbroken that i cannot afford to send him to this once in a lifetime opportunity. I am a single mother with lupus and have been struggling financially. I looked at the payment plans and still too expensive for me to afford on my own. So here I am asking you for help.
