James C. Leary’s Emergency Living Fund

Hi all! 
James C. Leary is a wonderful man- actor, writer, improviser, and well known as the former loose skinned demon known as Clem from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.  (If you’re nice he might tell you about that nutrigrain commercial he did )

James is kind, generous and thoughtful father of two wonderful sons.


He would never asked for this on his own, but as his friend, I am putting this out there for him. He and his younger son Eoin have recently found themselves without a place to live, as well as the fact that James is currently without a job. James has also experienced some recent loss as well, and this year just hasn’t been as kind to him as he has been to others.


His eldest son has him safe in his apartment for the moment, but it is a temporary thing. I would like for everyone to share and bond together and see if we can’t help him out. James is in Austin and is looking for work as well!

About me: I’m just one girl- one girl in all the world who happened to be in the right plave and time.  
I’m Hillary, and I live in Dallas and I have a real job, selling make up. It allows me time to play in my true passion- cosplay. I like living in other worlds, namely, ones where I get to dress up!
My brother does “computer stuff” (it’s way more than that, but for the sake of his privacy , we’ ll keep it on the DL) and it turns out James was working for him when I met him. So, the Six Degrees of Sarah Michelle Gellar we’re born! We have chatted quite a bit, and he provided me with a solid interview for Boomstick Comics, and I was stunned. He’s a nice guy who’s had a bit of hard luck. But he’s part of a very special fandom, and we work in a way that just can’t be fathomed. I don’t go too much to the extremes, but I love Buffy and image of the strong female characters Joss Whedon creates. And the supporting characters that make up the verse too. 
James had called for help. We answered.
