James “Catfish” Dorman

My name is Eric Brown, and I am the General Manager of the Okaloosa Island Pier. Sadly one of our dear friends and devout local anglers was called to Fish with the Lord on December 26th, 2023. Catfish, as he was known in the local community worked at multiple bars and restaurants as well as the pier. Catfish was well loved in our community and a dedicated fisherman. We have started this account to help his family with the unexpected costs of his funeral. We also have an event planned December 30th, 2023 at 5pm at anglers beachside grill, where we will have an event with items such as fishing charter and various other items and those proceeds will also go to his family.
