Helping James' wife & daughter ❤️

Continued fundraising will help provide for Elliana's needs and alleviate the burden of expenses so Nicole can concentrate on healing and caring for Elliana so they can continue to navigate their new reality. And so they may figure out how to keep moving forward as James would want them to do.

Hi everyone. I’m Nicole, wife of James. Christmas night 2022, my husband went out to have a fire. I was sitting on the couch with my family, when all of a sudden we heard a big BOOM. I thought it was a gun shot. Then, my dad starts screaming James is on fire. Myself, my dad & my brother do everything to put the fire out of him. It took what felt like hours, but if I had to guess it was 3-5 minutes. He was airlifted to Temple Burn Center where he will be getting treatment. It’s going to be a very long recovery. He will have some setbacks and he has burned 90% of his body. 80% 3rd degree burns, & 10% 2nd degree burns. Only 10% of his body was not burned (hands, feet, and top half of his face). I am raising money for medical bills ( we have no insurance ) , traveling expenses going back and forth to the hospital, and to help with our 1 year old daughters needs, food & bills. We appreciate anything and we really need prayers. All of them. Thank you.
