James Kellerman & Family Fundraiser

Hi, my name is Sonja and I was part of the youth group at Neighborhood Alliance Church/Rockland Chinese Alliance Church in Pearl River, NY while James Kellerman served as youth pastor about 15 years ago. James, his wife Cathy, and their two children were a blessing to our church community and especially the youth that they welcomed. They reflected God's love regardless of your beliefs and made you feel safe, included, and respected.

James got COVID in March 2020 and was not given medical treatment due to the overburden on hospitals. Though his symptoms seemed to resolve around 2 months later (not without lingering side effects), when he contracted a sinus infection 7 months later, all his COVID symptoms returned and he has not been the same since. He suffers from severe fatigue and brain fog and has been unable to work. No amount of rehab has helped. This condition has devastated their family and plummeted their quality of life in Colorado, where they now reside.

The Kellerman family gave sacrificially of themselves while they served 20-30 teens in their care - camping trips, festivals, amusement parks, and youth group every single Friday night. All donations received will be given to James and Cathy as a token of our gratitude for the type of people they are. This money can be used to relieve the Kellerman family of the financial stress this inevitably causes, and help unburden them from the weight of out of pocket medical costs while they seek answers. We want to bless this family as they blessed so many of us. Donations of any amount would be appreciated.
