Age 68 Passed away peacefully on Sat Oct 28th In Barrington, Illinois.
He was the husband of Cynthia Lemere. They shared 44 years of marriage together.
Born in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin He was the son of Laverne and Leah Lemere. He graduated from Devry technical institute. He went on to build Naval ships at Peterson builders in Sturgeon Bay and then went on to work at Siemens for 20 plus years as an electrical engineer.
He was a volunteer firefighter for Sturgeon Bay and Egg Harbor fire department. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. At Bethel he enjoyed the church ministry as a bus driver for Sunday service and sound technician. He enjoyed fishing, rollerblading, bicycling and watching the Packers win. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, love of Christ quoting scriptures, and being a devoted husband, father and grandfather. If my father could be remembered for one thing it would be that he loved Jesus. He taught our family to love Jesus and we are passing that on to his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Cynthia Lemere, son Jason Lemere (wife Cassandra Lemere and granddaughters Ava and Olivia) daughter Stacy Cromer (Husband Kenneth Cromer and grandchildren Emma and Colton) brother Jerry Lemere and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Laverne and Leah Lemere brother in law Bob and sister Mary Mueller sister Donna Lemere Miller.
The visitation will be at 11:30am on Thursday Nov 2nd with funeral service to follow at 12:30am at Bethel Baptist Church 200 N. Roselle Rd Schaumburg, IL With the interment at the Lakewood Memorial Cemetery.
