Our beloved James Ernest Terrell V recently passed away on Thursday, November 10th (his birthday), in a tragic truck accident. James was a wonderful son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. He touched the lives of those around him through his big heart, infectious smile, love for football and fitness.
James, a Vallejo native, attended Vallejo High School and graduated from Skyview High School in Vancouver, Washington. He was a key player on the football teams and a star track and field athlete. James continued his education at Oregon State University and proudly graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science.
Before James passed away, he started his own trucking company with his mother, in which he was very successful and on his way to stardom. He was passionate about everything he did and everyone he loved. He loved his friends and family unconditionally and always made himself available when needed.
James was always full of advice and had no problem letting you know when you weren’t listening and wrong (This was done all out of love). James was such a pleasure to be around and pure comedy. Every time you were around him was pure comedy, even without you knowing what was so funny. He had the type of laugh that would make you start laughing hysterically. James will be remembered the most by his relentless work ethic (unmatched) and love for the game of football.
Although James spent his senior high school year at Skyview High School in Washington, he was and will always be family to Vallejo High c/o 2007.
Vallejo High c/o 2007 is asking for donations to help cover the cost of relocating his body and planning for his memorial. Please consider donating, as any amount will genuinely help his family during this difficult time.
Thank you so much, and have a wonderful day.
Love,
Vallejo High c/o 2007,
