James (aka Chase) Smith Funeral

On Friday, January 15th, 2016 we lost our beloved James (aka Chase) Smith.  He was loved by all that knew him and will be dearly missed by so many. Right now, our family is in need of assistance with funeral expenses.  James suffered from kidney disease since birth and was unable to obtain life insurance.
