Hello, my name is Emily. If you know me already then you know that it's an extremely difficult thing for me to ask for help, but with that being said, we need help.

On Saturday, September 10, 2022 James participated in a Tough Truck event in Mazomanie, WI. When he came off the last jump and landed he lost all movement and feeling from the waist down. After being cut out of his vehicle and taken to the hospital they discovered that he shattered his vertebrate (L3). It is to be determined on if he will need surgery, but the way the bone shattered has doctors concerned that it may sever his spinal cord.

This may have happened due to a "weak spot" in his back. He will be in a large body brace and will be unable to work for 10-12 weeks.

He is self employed, he has worked his BUTT off for the last 8 years building his auction business from the ground up. With that being said, he does not get to take PTO while he is unable to work nor does he have health insurance.

I work full time as well, but my income alone is not enough to pay for everything for our household and children, let alone his medical bills.

This is extremely uncomfortable for me to even attempt, and I'm incredibly grateful if you've even spent enough time to read this.
