Hi, my name is James and I’m a Scout from Kirby Muxloe.
I have been lucky to be selected to be one of 54 scouts from Leicestershire who will represent our country at the World Scout Jamboree 2019 which will be held in West Virginia, USA.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime to meet Scouts from across the world, share experiences and represent the UK and Kirby Muxloe.
The cost of the trip is just over £4,000, which I will be fundraising over the next year. Some of the costs will help Scouts from under privileged countries who would otherwise not be able to share in this lifetime experience.
Over the coming year, I will be taking part in numerous fundraising activities and would appreciate any support that you are able to give me on my quest to Jamboree 2019.
