Hi, I'm Jamie Caskey. I need your help. You already know that I have #Parkinson's disease. Treating PD is very expensive, and I'm lucky to have one of the best neurologists in the world on my side.

I thought 2023 would be a breakout year for my tour company, but I've suffered a startling number of financial reverses which culminated in me badly hurting myself. I tore some tendons in my foot. I cant resume working without surgery, I and haven't been able to run a #walkingtour for months as a result.

#CobblestoneTours has weathered many storms over the years. Help me get through the next few months and we'll see many more seasons together.
