Jamie James Recovery

UPDATE: Jamie continues to receive frustrating news in her recovery. Further MRI testing has shown severe arthritis, as well as a herniated disc in her thoracic vertebrae. Unfortunately, another surgery seems likely at this point. Ryan has already missed more than a week of work to attend to their family. With another surgery looming, more time off will be necessary so Ryan can be with Jamie and the kids. In addition, there will be substantial medical costs on top of what is covered. Moorhead hockey family, one of our own could use our generosity and assistance. Jamie James suffered a fall on ice 10 years ago that caused a serious spinal injury.  She's had a spinal fusion and continuous doctoring for her pain and numbness. Last week, she had a setback and fell down the stairs from shooting pain. She spent several days in the hospital. Although she is expected home in the coming days, the hard work to recovery will continue for some time. Let's show as much love and support to the James family as possible.
