Jamie's Climb for mental health group

Hi my name is Jamie lawson and I'm climbing ben nevis to raise funds for our mental health group.

We are a local group in Grangemouth meeting every 2 weeks in the railway club at Barrie place. We provide a safe place for people age 18+ to come together and chat in a non judgemental environment.

I've suffered poor mental health most of my life and the last few years I've suffered some major back issues that have effected how my life operates and this is where this challenge comes from. My plan is to mentally overcome these obstacles and focus on this challenge head on.

We plan on using funds raised to pay for liability insurance and general bits and pieces to keep the group running for the next year, we would also love to take the group on a day trip somewhere to give them something to look forward to during some of the life hardships we all have to deal with.
